Lunch again, what to have!? I don’t fancy a boring sandwich as usual so today I am going to make Ham and Cheese Scrolls. They are so easy, so yummy and the kids just love them.
What you need:
A Sheet of Puff Pastry
Shredded Ham
Shredded Cheese
Knife to Cut
Baking Tray
How to:
This is seriously so easy!
Grab your sheet of puff pastry and sprinkle some ham and cheese onto it
Roll the pastry from the bottom into a sausage like shape
Now cut into 7 or 8 pieces
Take each piece and lay it upwards on a baking tray
Pop them into the oven at 200°c for around 15 minutes
They don’t look the prettiest but they are certainly yummy straight out of the oven! I pack these for my kids lunches as an alternative to a sandwich. You can use vegemite instead of ham or just jam if you want sweet ones.
Enjoy!
